The Cape Fear Chapter currently has 115 local disaster volunteers assisting with preparedness activities and on standby to respond to Hurricane Earl. We also have 15 visiting Red Cross disater relief workers from NC/SC on site supporting these efforts. Our Emergency Response Vehicle is stocked and ready for potential mobilization. We have prepared human and material resources to assist in areas affected by the hurricane.
